DPM Condemns moves to topple Govt.

This article talks about the Deputy Prime Minister of Solomon Islands ,Mr. Maelanga, try to stop "rumors" about illegal activities planned by Civil Society groups to overthrow the NCRA Government. "Any negative activity outcomes that stem from any illegal activities will no benefit anyone in the country". The Solomon Islands do have legal institutions that allow the citizens to voice their concerns such as through the Members of Parliament. Mr. Maelanga knows the names of people who are running these illegal activities. The police will look over some rumors that has come from the media due to a threat of national security. These groups are using the media to release these rumors that are misleading the public. They have not yet damaged the support for the Prime Minister.
